How much should I get from an auto accident settlement ?

Me and my wife were in a auto accident. We got hit from behind.
We went to the ER and to the doctor’s office. We both have neck and back pain. Total so far for the medical bills, rental , and loss wages is $ 4500.00 … and the damage to the car is about 7000.00.

neck and back pain can last forever, decreasing your quality of life…..big pay out…..or it can go away never to be heard from again…. covers bills and rental and makes your car whole…. i would discuss with a laywer before agreeing to anything…. i was hit from behind too and settled before i knew what i could have done….. i got a crappy replacement car and stuck with a credit report against me by the rental car company because the other insurance co. dragged their feet in paying for the rental overages….. so look into all options before agreeing to anything!

pain and suffering is a lawyers wetdream, since its not taxable go for the maximum amount. Talk to a lawyer asap, and make sure you have all your paperwork.

I don’t care if you get ANYTHING for this…but you can be sure of one thing, a lawyer will get up to 40% of the settlement and just because you hire one it doesn’t mean you will get one red cent more than the insurance company would offer originally. They are NOT afraid of a an injury lawyer hack.
